TIM FLEMING, MSc
Tim is the owner of Endurance, so alongside an amazing team, he plays a role in every facet of the business from managing the gym, running the performance/exercise testing lab, to coaching programs, teaching, and developing the eCycling program.
For more than 20 years, Tim has enjoyed coaching athletes in every aspect of their performance and at all levels of experience. From nutrition to technique, his commitment to education, sharing experiences through sport, and teaching extends well beyond the cycling world. Tim’s relevant background started with competitive swimming and running before the age of 8 and doing his first bike race at age 12, leading to a triathlon debut at age 15.
This early love of endurance sports led Tim to compete professionally in the sport of triathlon, and ultimately studies in sport science, earning a master’s degree in exercise science & kinesiology. Tim is also a certified Level 2 practitioner of Neurokinetic Therapy and since 2012 has adopted this method for helping athletes through functional injuries and prevention. In addition to cycling, trail running and swimming, Tim enjoys time with his family, the local surf, and any spare time playing classical guitar.

JAFFA PRINCE
Jaffa brings his extensive experiences (borderline obsession) with the science and biomechanics of triathlon and all aspects of road cycling to Endurance PTC.
Jaffa competed in all three triathlon distances achieving numerous podiums in top tier races in California and in World Championships. Unfortunately, a knee injury in 2011 forced Jaffa to hang up his running shoes and return to his first love - road cycling. Since then, he quickly earned his Pro 1/2 status while racing for Nor-Cal teams.
By way of background, born in Canada, raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland - the son of a First Nation Indian father and an Irish mother. Jaffa attended St. Malachy’s College in Belfast, then Manchester Metropolitan University in England. He has been keeping active in the San Francisco/Bay Area since 2002.

CAROLINE COBLE
Caroline has been an athlete her whole life, focusing on endurance sports for the last 15 years. After finishing her D1 soccer career, she quickly shifted to triathlon, running and cycling - never looking back. She's completed 10 Ironmans, including Kona 3x, countless other 70.3 and Olympic distance races. She raced professionally in 2019 before Covid hit and started her family - she now has two little girls! Along the way, she has run multiple marathons, with a PR of 2:45, and dabbled in gravel bike racing. Caroline has coached triathletes and runners for over 10 years and is grateful to be a part of the EPTC team. You can find her in the EPTC lab or working 1:1 with athletes as a coach.

ANDREW MCWHORTER
Andrew has made a career out of doing what he loves. As an experienced bike fitter, he’s helped hundreds of riders log many a comfortable mile. As an instructor, he’s improved the techniques and physiques of cyclists for years. As a long-time Ironman triathlete, he’s gained plenty of knowledge over the years and he’s happy to share it while in the fit studio.

BETH JEFFRIS, MSc
Beth Price Jeffris has spent her whole life trying out every sport known to mankind.
She received a masters degree in exercise physiology from the University of Utah and has been a personal trainer for nearly 25 years.
Beth spent her early years working in physical therapy learning the ins and outs of prevention and management of athletic injuries. She has brought this knowledge of movement and prevention into the eCycling program since 2010. Beth has been a cyclist for over 30 years and loves to dissect the pedal stroke!
Beth also enjoys giving back to the Mill Valley community, volunteering at Tamalpais High School as a strength and conditioning coach for the men’s lacrosse team. Her other passions include surfing, yoga and being the best mom she can be!

HOPE HORTON
Hope has been an eCycling instructor since 2013, and loves cycling, having logged heaps of miles on the roads and trails of Marin and NorCal as proof of her need for two-wheeled fun. In addition to her cycling experience, Hope applies her 20+ years working as a registered nurse in sports medicine and orthopedics to her coaching. She’s a real stickler on form and function and emphasizes training smart to avoid injury.
When she’s not on a bike, Hope enjoys hiking, stand up paddling, skiing, and race car driving (speed is one of her dearest friends).

CONNOR SPENCER, MSc, SENr
Our nutrition coaching partner, Connor Spencer of Fuel Lab Sports Nutrition, is a registered Sport and Exercise Nutritionist and former competitive cyclist. He has worked with athletes of all levels from numerous sports for 5+ years.
He started Fuel Lab to collaborate with teams and individuals who want to improve their nutrition practice and athletic performance.

CHARLES WALZ
Charles is a health/fitness specialist and personal trainer, working in Marin County for over 25 years. Every workout with Charles begins with a simple question, “How do you feel today?”, which helps set the tone for the day's workout. Charles incorporates flexibility, cardio and strength training to craft a multi-faceted, custom workout that targets each client’s individual goals.
His certifications include: Advanced Personal Training from the American College of Sports Medicine; Exercise for Older Adults; Spinning and TRX Instructor.

CHRISTINE WALDRON
Christine is a licensed physical therapist with a specialty in orthopedics. After several years working in the clinical sphere of physical therapy she transitioned to personal training with a focus on functional systemic strengthening while still incorporating injury prevention in her practice.
Christine is also an avid runner who enjoys logging miles on the trails, hills, and steps around Mill Valley.

KELLI ROBINSON
A former Collegiate & pro soccer player, Kelli is also a lifelong student having completed over 25 continuing education programs and specialty certifications. She is truly devoted to pursuing and communicating the most credible and effective fitness information to her clientele.
Outside of professional life, Kelli enjoys all sorts of outdoor activities from sea kayaking, to boxing, to skiing. She can often be found with her canine wingman, Boomer.

MARK ZEEMAN
Mark Zeeman is one of Marin’s premier personal trainers and has a proven track record of helping his many clients reach and, in many cases, exceed their fitness goals. He began his foray into fitness as a competitive athlete and continued it as a combat veteran in the South African Defense Forces, where he not only saw active service but was the primary fitness trainer for his battalion.
Upon emigrating to the United States in 1999, he continued his lifelong love of fitness by getting his ISSA certification, and he quickly developed a devout clientele. He works with all ages and fitness levels—everyone from professional athletes to inactive individuals looking to transform their lives.
