eCoaching

eCoaching is our performance coaching service for competitive cyclists and multisport athletes or for the serious recreational cyclist who wants the complete coaching package.
eCoaching is for competitive cyclists and multisport athletes who want customized prescriptions that integrate eCycling workouts with outdoor training. eCoaching is also a good alternative for remote clients that can’t attend eCycling training sessions.
Our preferred method of coaching is eCycling supplemented with eCoaching. We believe that clients apply their most difficult training prescriptions more consistently and precisely in scheduled eCycling sessions under the supervision of a coach. Therefore we provide eCoaching, as a single service, on a limited basis to experienced competitive endurance athletes.
We begin with an assessment in eLab to assess and diagnose your current fitness. Then we move on to a one-on-one consultation for an in depth explanation of the results and an interview to understand your goals and how much time you have to dedicate to training. Within 48 hours you will receive a detailed nine-week training blueprint to follow. A phone call to discuss the plan is scheduled to ensure you understand the plan and to answer any questions. At the conclusion of the nine-week period, a follow up assessment is advised to measure your response to the training loads and the process begins again for another eight weeks.
To keep the cost of coaching affordable, we only include short Q&A phone calls in eCoaching. We will answer brief calls, but additional fees will be charged for long phone consultations.
eCycling members do not pay for testing/assessment related fees associated with eCoaching.
If you’re an eCycling member, schedule a coaching consultation with Tim Fleming and we’ll get you started right away. If not, call Tim Fleming or Charlie Livermore for a free consultation to find out if eCoaching is right for you.
