Maximize the quality of your training time with our small group programs…
eCycling is our innovative indoor cycling program designed to maximize the quality of your training time in a fun, motivating high-energy group environment. Participants will experience the benefits of proven periodization training using personalized power-based training intensities that bring pro-level precision to each workout.
Riding your own bike mounted on a Compu Trainer, your instructor will guide you through a precise 90’ power based interval workout with clear and easy to understand instructions. Strong emphasis is placed on coaching and teaching proper technique and form.
eFit is our biomechanics lab and bike fit service. We assess your position on the bike, diagnose factors that will improve your efficiency and comfort and make the necessary adjustments to achieve the best possible fit on your bike.
eLab is our exercise and human performance laboratory. This is where we apply the principles of exercise science to assess and re-assess health, fitness and performance, to diagnose factors for improvement and prescribe customized training and exercise programs. We use state-of-the-art testing equipment across a variety of protocols to best suit the needs of any athlete, from beginner to elite.
Lab assessments are available to analyze cycling or running performance and fitness. Each assessment includes a consultation with our exercise physiologist to review your results and use the information to help you achieve your goals.
