Hey Charlie,
Just thought I’d drop you a note to thank you again for the great fits. On the TT bike, since coming to see you, I took 2nd at Dunlap, set a 10 mile PR (by 30 seconds) out at Putah Creek and earlier today won my age group at the State/District TT championship up in Sattley.

The endurance training program has been a huge benefit to me during the 2011 season. I did the metabolic efficiency program prior to the start of the season, and this enhanced my nutrition and energy consumption. Being a type 1 diabetic, this was crucial to managing my insulin intake prior to training and racing. I am also a father of 2 year-old twin boys and a busy sales professional who travels 3 days per week. The training plan and coaching from Endurance PTC has enabled me to place in the top 3 for 4 mountain bike races and two,top-10 finishes on the road this year. All of this was done with 90 minute specific workouts. It’s worth every penny!

This is unlike any other training I’ve experienced and certainly not a typical spinning class. The combination of instructor knowledge and coaching, the incredible energy I feel all day after the training, and the amazing difference its quickly made in my level of fitness make these classes very addictive. Once again Charlie, I can’t thank you enough for all your coaching the last 2 years.  I walked in there with a mountain bike, 30lbs heavier with no experience on the road.  I am now comfortable doing a 70-80 mile ride at will, I have you to thank for that.

I have been training at Endurance for 4 ½ years – last 2 years getting workouts by email! That has been fabulous. Training based on Lactate and VO2 testing has really helped my overall performance. This year I was able to complete the “Death Ride” due to their commitment to my fitness program. No small feat for someone nearly 70!
